C, U woman laughing, M, S as magician ties a rope around his neck, he pulls it tight and it comes away with a knot in the middle. M, S magician Victor Peacock getting out of car and going into bank. A traffic warden walks up and starts to write out a ticket. M, S as Victor comes out with bank manager who points to his car.
