Eminent Bullies Phenom is a NORCAL legend This boy has long been considered Dax s best son. He is not only a good looking Bully but has turned out to be one hell of a producer. I caught up with Phenom at Dogtober Fest 3 in Riverbank, CA. October 5, 2013. The show was produced by Oscar and Toni Torrez of OT Bullies.
