What on earth was the Dalai Lama thinking

Whatever your take on the Dalai Lama, he has made a mess of it this time. He came across as a dirty old man a few years ago and apologised for it, he did the same thing a couple of years later making inapprpriate jokes and now he s made himself look like a Peadophile. Here s my take on it with some supporting information
