The city where the UFO sighting took place is located near the Belgian border. From November 29, 1989, to April 1990, Belgium had a series of UFO reports. Witnesses speak about seeing big black triangular UFOs in the sky. If this is the infamous black triangular UFO, then we are talking about a premiere.
