The Workers Party of Britain candidates, standing for election right across Britain in May, are some of the most normal people you will ever meet. We have struggled with work, money, mental health, housing and inadequate public services. We are seeking to represent people like us, because we believe you should be represented by someone like you. It is because we are ordinary, working class people that the career politicians would be absolutely devastated if we got elected. It isnt just that they dont want to listen to what we have to say. They wont want to have to park their expensive cars next to our old bangers. They wont want to hear our regional accents and the passion in our voices. Most of all, they wont want to be reminded that outside of their bubble many of the things they obsess about dont matter at all to normal people. The working class people of this country are often described as forgotten or left behind, but this is not true. We have been purposely ignored and excluded.
