Front Crawl Breathing: Say Goodbye to Water in Ears
Hey everyone, here is another video for this week, talking about lateral and bilateral breathing and what to do if you suffer from water trapped or water going into your ear while swimming front crawl. It s very common for water to get into your ears, and if you breathe correctly, you cannot avoid it. Some swimmers don t have these issues, but others (like me ) need earplugs. I also show some clips of one of my students learning this breathing technique, so you can see her progression over time.
