Seven Form Fist. Confrontations
Dui Kang. TIts pretty evident that Seven Form Fist is a no nonsense style. Here are nine basic attacks which can lead to endless variations. Many start as face attacks or fakes then enter and do the work from there. Again, this Muslim style has retained its spirit and its simplicity and is interesting historically if for no other reason than to see that the latest fad of fighting techniques was anticipated centuries and even millenia ago. There are a number of Chinese martial styles in which Muslims excel. Thus the term Jiao Men or Muslim Style is not always a precise one. Generally, there are three styles where the Muslim presence has been so strong as to be identified with this triad. These are Liu He Xin Yi, Cha (Zha) Quan and the far lesser known Qi Shi Quan or Seven Form Fist. Here we have our first example of the Seven Form Fist. demonstrated by Shi ZhenGang, an inheritor of this style. It is not known who introduced this form.
