The New God (1999, Yutaka Tsuchiya)

Karin and her comrade Ito have started a band, playing nationalist punk music. Leftwing filmmaker Tsuchiya decides to give Karin a video camera to film herself and her daily life. Camera on board, Karin travels to North Korea and meets former Red Army terrorists who fled from Japan thirty years ago.
