Have a look at these two short epizodes cut out of a longer movie. In one, a woman came to the artist to make a portrait and he asked her to bring something with her, She brought lilac flowers in a vase. It seems that the artist was not so much interested in this woman, but rather in flowers as he constantly was looking at flowers while painting her portrait. Suddenly, at the final moment of the portrait, he destroys his work smashing everything on the canvas and starts all over, but now painting the flow
