The additional video dropoff is due to the one or two generation losses when transferred to tape so I could keep it as the news station actually owns the originals. We could not make HD copies of HD videos back then without loss. As far as the shooting itself, this footage was shot as Broll (google it) focusing on Keanu Reeves as the story while shooting the rest of the band as an afterthought. In other words, a blip on the news as the common folk say. 20 seconds tops. Th
