Nettles. Northumberland. The camera pans across people picking nettles for their medicinal purposes. Various shots as some people sting themselves. They walk along pulling a barrow full of nettles. Various shots as they bring in other plants so they can extract the herbs for use in medicine. M, S as ladies put gloves on, the plants are tied into bundles and hung up to dry then the leaves are cut off and sorted before being put on trays.
