There are many steps the international community can take to hold the Islamic Republic to account, one of which is recognizing, GenderApartheid as a crime under international law to crumble one of pillars of the regime, built on segregating and oppressing women. Of course, broader work is needed for all victims and survivors of IR brutality. But I applaud gissounia for spearheading this important initiative to, endgenderapartheid in Iran and Afghanistan.
