Red Bull District Ride 2011 Eventclip
24 riders from 10 nations, a course of about 1k in length and spectators over the weekend: that was the recipe in Nuremberg for an event that could not have been more spectacular. The spectators had arrived in droves and duly celebrated their superstars creating the perfect atmosphere during the entire contest in the historical centre of Nuremberg. Aaron Chase, Red Bull District Ride Champion of 2005 created a course of onpresidented dimensions pushed the riders to their limits. Anthony Messere (CAN) showed a double backlip, Backflip Superman Seatgrap from Cameron Zink (USA) and Andreu Lacondeguy (ESP) Superflip wowed the crowed. Sam Pilgrim (GBR) convinced the jury with his consistently high level of tricks throughout the overall 6 Districts and won the final of the FMB World tour, second was Martin Söderström (SWE) and third place, FMB World Tour Champion Brandon Semenuk (CAN).
