To do this in the other direction, pivot your left foot left on its heel while pivoting your right foot left on its toe. Reset by pivoting both feet back to the right, leaving them flat on the foor. As you become more comfortable with this move, you can add head movements or do a double on each side. Heel Toe Happy Feet Hop 1. Start with your feet shoulder width apart. Instead of just pivoting your feet like you did in the heel toe happy feet, do a small hop while pivoting them in the air. That way, you ll land with your feet in the pivoted position.
