Planxty Drury Irish Set Dance Kieran Jordan and Rebecca Mc Gowan

This is a dance I learned from Grace Ann Coyle, TCRG, ADCRG, while growing up in Philadelphia. It was taught to the Coyle School by Jimmy Early, TCRG, ADCRG, of the McLoughlin School of Irish Dance. I competed with this dance for several years. I taught it to Rebecca in 2022 as part of our Traditional Arts Apprenticeship, a grant program through the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Performed here on June 13, 2022 at the Deborah Mason Performing Arts Center in Somerville, MA.
