BLACK GIRLS ROCK Fest presents Victory Boyd. BGR is a multiday immersive live experience that celebrates, empowers, and elevates women and girls of color. BGR FEST brings renowned women musicians, thoughtleaders, and creative innovators to the DMV during International Womens Day Weekend.
