Hello World. I made up this routine inspired by words. Words that come out of people mouth s that can hurt others. They are more powerful then you think. So i named this piece SSSHHHH. I always think about my mother when i was young and she would look at me and say. . If you don t have anything nice to say, don t say it . This stuck with me. I am not but i will try my hardest to be the best human i can be. Be the type of person builds others up, and that spreads the love we desparately need so much in this world. LOVE YOU ALL BELIEVER
