Hitoshi Sugai is retired Japanese judoka who competed in 95 kg weight category. He is 1985 and 1987 World champion. He had one of the best Uchi Mata s of his time, later in his life he even wrote a book about his technique Uchimata (Masterclass Techniques Series).
