National Guard. Location of events unknown. National Guard parades. First; a NG march in a large open space in a field or park. A great number of men parade in a variety of different uniforms some in Scottish kilts; etc. some similar to regular Army uniforms; and some in no uniforms at all; just civilian wear. Guys playing drums and brass band instruments. Young boys run alongside some of the time DS from high above: big parade on a city street; with old ornate iron work lamp in F. G. Back to the original scene. Marchers are stopped; with an elderly guy in F. G on horseback horse is stepping around nervously but finally stands still. Marching resumes. Defence. Military.
