Millyard Kawasaki Z1 Super Six exhausts How its made

In this video I explain how i mage the 6 into 4 exhaust system for my KawasakiZ1 Super Six. I bought a new Z1B system from Z1 Parts in California and a couple of headers from the original bike that were rechromed. The collector boxes are made from 304 stainless 1. 5mm sheet and 1. 5mm wall thickness tube. The rear silencers are totally stock apart from modified baffles.
