For all you lovely ladies who keep asking about my workout routine. Here s a quick peek at my fav exercise: Bulgarian split squats At the gym I hold a 30lb straight bar across my shoulders and do 3 sets of 2030. Remember to always focus on something and not get distracted by puppies because you ll lose your balance. I am almost 130lbs at the moment so I m going to switch up my diet this month and stick to mainly veggies, hard boiled eggs and protein shakes.
