Paradise Is Under Her Feet

When a voice makes us forget everything earthly, when it enchants our soul like a heavenly dream Allah, the AllForgiving, put the command to respect ones parents right after the command to worship Him, and made a special mention of the mothers sacrifices as described in Surah Luqman, Ayah 14: And We have commanded people to honour their parents. Their mothers bore them through hardship upon hardship, and their weaning takes two years. So be grateful to Me and your parents. To Me is the final return.
