Hotel Review: Premier Inn Halifax Town Centre September 2021: . Hey folks, I stayed at the Premier Inn in Halifax Town Centre in September 2021. Two of us stayed for two nights on a room only basis, which cost 73 for two nights, a complete bargain. The hotel is next door to Broad Street Plaza car park, which is where we parked for 11 per 24 hour period.
