Elden Ring Unknown NPC, 9 Catacomb Creature Network Test

Not sure if It was edited incorrectly or something is wrong with the model entirely, but this is meant to be the NPC with the small body but big head. Totally different compared to what it actually looks like in the files. Will most likely be some sort of miniboss, boss or a type of dungeon NPC since it has similar looks to some dungeon NPCs.
