I ve heard eufrik s own amazing metalcore remix, but I wanted to do my own unique take on the song. With all this experimentation with new genres going on in my channel recently, I thought I d give it a break and go back to basics. I turned to the band that inspired me to make music in the first place: Metallica. You ll hear lots of their thrashy goodness here; I tried my best to combine their older style (Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets) with their newer sound (Death Magnetic, Hardwired). As if that wasn t enough, there s also some Slayer influence mixed in there, mostly in the intro.
