Mass Effect 2 Everyone dies, except for Kasumi and Shepard

Group photo from Citadel DLC: (Click on show more for more details) Different playthrough only Tali and Thane survived from ME2 but they died in ME3 so it was pretty much a ghost party Here I am doing the suicide mission where everyone but Kasumi and Zaeed live, but I kill off Zaeed after my mission. Normally you can t kill Zaeed if there is only one other crew member in your team, (as you must always have 2 squad members), so this is glitched
