Flash flood shock Australia Victoria, Ballarat and Creswick are destroyed A splash of rainy and inclement weather swept across the southeast of Australia, hitting three states and an area with heavy storms and heavy rain. Floods hit regions like New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.
