Max Hang Fingerboard Sessions
Max Hang sessions are great for improving finger strength allowing you to hang onto smaller holds and hang onto holds for longer. Whilst it is a simple session, LOTs of care needs to be taken in the warm up and displaying good form in this session to make gains and avoid injuries.
