GOLAN (Terra Kontra HU): Golan, one of the founders and selectors of Terra Kontra, has been raised by electronics since he was a kid, so he feels and makes us feel at home in the world of fourquarters, house and minimal house. TERRA KONTRA The seeds of our collective were cast into Nocturnal Pest many years ago. The members of two friend groups found each other, almost as if predestined, treading the dance floor of steamy clubs, dancing to hypnotically pulsating beats of machinemusic, or philosophizing in house parties til dawn. Eventually, on the surreal, purpleglowing deck of a Berlin club boat, was born the idea: it is time to organize We threw our first firewood on the everburning flame of Nocturnal Pest in January of 2022 and since then we have visited either as DJs or as organisers the prominent underground venues of Budapest.
