SI E04 Franklin Has a Sleepover, Franklins Halloween

Franklin has his very own sleepover with Bear, which Bear has difficulty adjusting to. All his friends want Franklin to go into the Haunted House, even though Franklin s scared. Bear claims to Franklin that he will go inside the Haunted House first, but he ends up staying home due to a cold. Franklin and his other friends later find out that the ghost they have been seeing at the Halloween party is really their schoolteacher, Mister Owl.
