Winter Bushcraft in the Wilderness Camping in Snow
, bushcraft, camping, survival 4 days in the wild. Extremely minimal gear this time. Out with my second most favorite bag, a bit small but swallows more than you think. It actually surprises me every time. But just the bare essentials. Basically a ground pad, a sleeping bag and way too little food. No extras. What makes me do it this way is the freedom a light bag gives. It opens your eyes for the surroundings. Makes me record more with the camera than if you bite down hard, stare at the ground and struggle on with a heavy load on your back. We are not talking lightweight hiking of course since I haul a hatchet and a big steak lol. But no extra clothes etc. A bit risky but the fire makes it possible. Foot still hurts but I noticed it doesn t get any better with rest. The opposite actually. And Im glad I didn t go with 25kg this time and as I write like a week after this trip my foot gets better little by little everyday. But omg this type of injury takes time to heal. T
