The new sixthgeneration Quattroporte was revealed at the Detroit motor show in January 2013, production started in November The new model has been designed at a special Maserationly department within the Fiat Group Centro Stile design centre, under the guidance of exPininfarina designer Lorenzo Ramaciotti. It will be built at the old Bertone plant, on the outskirts of Turin. The launch engine will be a petrol V8 producing 530 hp (395 kW). It will be mated to a ZFsupplied 8speed automatic gear
