Occurred on November 19, 2021, Toronto, Ontario, Canada At around 10:30 am a crane at a construction site at Front Street West and Spadina Avenue in Toronto was lifting an outofcontrol spinning piece of glass. Eventually, it crashed into the side of the building, shattering glass onto the street below.
