Animal from Wendy Mc Neills For the Wolf a Good Meal

In the song Animal I m singing from the perspective of one of the bad guys from my album, For the Wolf, a Good Meal (2011). Most of the story that weaves through that album takes place near and under the sea, so when the brilliant French photographer Vinciane Verguethen was visiting Stockholm I brought her down to the water on Djurgården to try to catch the feel of that dark but hopeful tale. Fellow musicians from the album Andreas Nordell and Erik Nilsson also joined in the fun. Here are a few shots from that day, almost a decade ago, where we caught a bit of magic. And below are the lyrics. My latest album, Hunger Made You Brave, (2018) picks up where the story of For the Wolf, a Good Meal ended and continues up into the stars.
