Hey guys Just put together a fun little video at the gym with my photographer: shotsbymatta and videographer: lacceup. We had so much fun filming this, I hope you enjoy it There s a little bit of working out mixed with yoga, and a lot of goofing around being silly. Having friends who push you and motivate you is everything. If your friends aren t helping you achieve your goals, then you need new friends lol. These two have always been in my corner, pushing me, motivating me, making me laugh, and helping me along my journey.
