Cardiff: A fatal e bike crash that sparked a riot in Ely

Police in Cardiff say they re investigating CCTV footage which appears to show officers pursuing two people on an electric bike shortly before a crash which sparked rioting in the city. Teenagers Kyrees Sullivan and Harvey Evans died and fireworks were thrown at police in the violence which followed. South Wales police say the matter has now been referred to the independent office for police conduct.
