Peppurr has always been an indoor cat. The ONE time I caught her outside in the hallway of my apartment, she was frozen in fear and I had to walk up to her and pick her up. Suddenly, after that incident where she accidentally escaped when I left to take the garbage out, she now wants to go back out into the hall.
