Board Sports Workout
This is Bryce Wettstein s Strength, Core Balance training she does to keep conditioned for surfing skateboarding. She does this workout 1 to 2 days per week in between surfing skateboarding sessions, along with dance class gymnastics. She does 2 sets of each exercise you see here, AFTER a proper WARMUP, under her trainer s supervision. She also does some light jogging calesthenics. This workout will build strength, jointintegrity, dynamic balance improvement core strength stability.
