How doing a drawing a day changed my life: David Litchfield at TEDx Bedford
On the 1st July 2010, David Litchfield made a lifechanging decision. He decided to do one drawing every day for a year, and make the drawings available online for people to react to and critique. It became a monumental project. Litchfield is now a professional illustrator and works for The Beano and The Telegraph, among other publications. He also teaches at Bedford College. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, selforganized events that bring people together to share a TEDlike experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, selforganized events are branded TEDx, where x independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are selforganized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations)
