I have always dreamed about making a lifesize macrame Christmas Tree, and so this year I made it a reality This macrame Christmas tree took many hours at LOTS of string, and I am so happy with the finished piece. I love the unique boho style of this Christmas tree and am so happy I get to put it up with all my decorations for years to come. You can get the full pattern at I used a 4mm braided cotton cord for this project, and the reason I used braided cord is because it is more durable and so the tree will last for a long time twisted cord can wear down more quickly than braided.
