Achieve an Oil Painting Style in Blender

Hi everyone, This is my first YT video and first tutorial ever made, so plz forgive me for the poor recording condition and disorganized content. I started blender two weeks ago and I was really not expecting myself to make a tutorial this soon. I mention lots of technical stuff in the video and I am not 100 sure about the credibility (like I said, still a rookie).
