Sergey P. Polyutov: PhD, Candidate of Science (Physics and Mathematics), Leading Researcher, ScienceResearch Sector of Siberian Federal University: We invite you to apply to SibFU to physical sciences, specifically resonance synchrotron spectroscopy, photonics, plasmonics, and quantum chemistry. The laboratory is one of the leaders in these fields not only at SibFU and in Russia but also abroad. Over the recent 5 years, the team under Sergey Polyutov s supervision has published about 200 papers in top peerreviewed journals such as Chemical Reviews, Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, Physics Reports, and others. They work in close cooperation with various foreign universities and have concluded several agreements on double degree PhD programs with the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
