This video shows advanced wrestling techniques taught at Iowa State University by coach Harold Nichols. The slowmotion footage shows teammates Dan Gable and Dave Martin as they demonstrate a variety of moves including take downs, reversals, the Granby roll, the whizzer, counters, riding, pinning, and scissors.
