Protector RWS Live Fire M1126 Stryker Cougar MRAP on the Range

U. S. Soldiers, assigned to Regimental Engineer Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, during the squadrons livefire exercise at the 7th Army Training Command s Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany. The Protector RWS (M151 Protector) is a remotely controlled station that can be mounted to vehicles and stationary platforms. It has been in full scale production since December 2001. The system consists of a stabilized platform, a firecontrol system and control grips.
