The Perma Fun Build ( A Permastun Jugg Build)

I kinda would not recomend copying this build if your goals are to do super end game. It works fine for mapping. Path of building: VERY IMPORTANT: PoB cannot check what the treshold jewel does, so it ignores it. It does not do much except 20 reduced stun treshold, some life, and defense.
