RIAK Live Coached Group Ride
In these sessions we ride as a group at a conversational pace with the rubber banding function on to keep it all together. We recommend using these rides as an opportunity to bank low intensity base mileage, as a recovery session or simply to come and enjoy some free coaching advice Its your call. In the live coaching feed this week, we will be discussing the importance of hydration in training and racing. The coaching feed will last one hour and we dont plan to be covering the above topic for all this time, so please do bring your questions or drop us a line in advance and well be sure to cover your training queries in the session.
