It s so sad we have such a huge problem in California with crazy homeless people in every town. It doesn t matter where you go there is always a homeless person on the streets, beaches, in our towns and neighborhoods. Some are mentally ill, some are on drugs and some just don t know how to get off the streets. These people need help and leaving them on the streets is not the answer. Unfortunately, mental institutions are very much needed across the United States in order to help the growing number of people on the streets who are unable to take care of their selfs. The answer is simple, figure out which ones want help and put a system in place to help homeless and families get off the street and the other answer is mental institutions. As long as there are mentally ill people on the street, they need a place they can get care, food, shelter, medication and counseling.
