Gennaros Calzone Pizza with Pancetta and Mushroom

Gennaros back with a traditional Italian recipe for Calzone. This folded pizza is stuffed with pancetta and wild mushrooms, gently cooked in a tomato and chilli sauce and topped with buffalo mozzarella and parmesan cheese. A dash of tomato sauce for the top of the calzone before its cooked to perfection in Gennaros wood fired oven. A delicious twist on a pizza dinner or a great snack to eat on the go.
