Clout were originally a fivepiece, South African, millionselling, allgirl rock group formed in 1977 by Cindy Alter: lead vocals, guitar (19771981), Lee Tomlinson: bass, vocals (19771980), Ingrid Ingi Herbst: drums, vocals (19771981), Glenda Hyam: keyboards, vocals (1977) and Jenni Garson: guitar, vocals (19771981). In later years the group was joined by Ron Bones Brettell: keyboards, vocals (19781981), Sandy Robbie: guitar, vocals (19781981) and Gary van Zyl: bass (19801981). Clout s f
