Avocado and Spinach Salad

This avocado and spinach salad is perfection. INGREDIENTS 1 avocado 3 boiled carrots 2 boiled beetroots 100g of spinach VINAIGRETTE 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp honey 1, 2 tsp mustard 1, 2 tsp salt and pepper PREPARATION Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined.
